Particle Management Technology (PMT) Platforms
Five Star employs its Particle Management Technology in the form of two basic
platforms: a bottom-up synthesis method and a top-down dispersion processing
approach. Combining Five Star’s unique, patented hydrodynamic cavitation
process with innovative dispersion chemistries, these platforms allow the creation
of a broad spectrum of advanced materials, dispersions, and formulations.

PMT-Precision Dispersion
Five Star Technologies uses its PMT-Precision Dispersion approach to create
particulate dispersion products that offer a previously unattainable performance

PMT-Synthesis is the cavitation-enhanced synthesis of complex inorganic
materials. Useful in electronics applications (chip components, electronic
packaging, displays and CMP), Industrial and Chemical applications
(automotive washcoats and chemical catalysts), and Energy applications
(advanced fuel technologies, batteries and refinery), PMT-Synthesis
