D-Series Cermet Pastes
ElectroSperse D-series silver pastes are cermet materials intended for deposition onto glass or other high-temperature substrates.
The D-110 products are a series of lead-free RoHS-compliant pastes with excellent adhesion to ITO-coated or uncoated glass substrates.
The range of grades differs in metal content, allowing the user to select a conductivity and price range suitable to an application.
D-130 series products are also lead-free, RoHS compliant materials, but offer the user the option of lower firing temperatures while
maintaining exceptional conductivity, adhesion, and densification.
D-120 series are unique cermet products, delivering excellent resistivity and adhesion performance at firing temperatures as low as 380°C.
These materials are designed for use on ITO-coated glass, where the lower firing temperatures result in more stable, more uniform ITO
resistivities. D-120 grades are available for both screen printing and extrusion dispersing.
