Manufacturing Capabilities
Five Star Technologies manufactures dispersions, inks and pastes for electronics applications
at its state-of-the-art operations center located in Cleveland, Ohio. The Five
Star facility operates in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices
(cGMP) and maintains strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Five Star
employs its unique Particle Management Technology in combination with other
processes to fulfill preparation, blending, dispersion, formulation and testing
in an environmentally controlled, cleanroom production facility.
 
Quality Assurance and Testing
Strict quality control procedures and safety checks are utilized throughout
the production process. Five Star employs a variety of analytical support techniques,
physical characterization procedures, and assay tests to ensure product quality
and repeatability. In addition, Five Star continuously upgrades and refines
its procedures, controls, and systems to assure its customers of full compliance
with their product requirements.
